Refund Eligibility

- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase
- Refunds are applicable only for unused service credits
- Partial refunds may be issued for partially used services
- Technical issues preventing service usage may qualify for full refund
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully utilized or partially consumed
- API integration and setup fees
- Custom development or professional services
- Purchases made more than 3 days ago
- Violation of our terms of service resulting in account suspension
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your account details and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Service access continues until the end of your billing period
- No pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
